ARGGGHHH!HELLO THERE!
I've been looking for a new place in which to set up a website. MSN Spaces has really changed and they are truly not very user-friendly. I HATE the constant ads at the top of my page and the customize options are a joke. Despite all of that and after trying to set up camp in wordpress, myspace.com and several others, here I am again. I am trying to spice up my site and the modules and colour codes won't save! I remember now why I stopped blogging. LOL
Well, here is to 2007 and to more blogs, so stay tuned.... August 02 Can you help?I am wanting to switch websites. This MSN is driving me CRAZY/LOCA!!! Do you have a suggestion of an easy to use and FREE space. I tried zoomshare but I am not sure of it. July 27 MessagesHELLO!

Love you Babes!July 21 DANCING QUEENDid you watch the video? This was filmed on one of our trips to visit my parents at their trailer. Vanessa LOVEs Shakira and everytime you play her music she dances. The funny thing is when she wiggles her feet like that. I surprised her by holding the camera over my shoulder and filming her. When she spotted the camera she blew me a kiss, can you say star in the making? LOL
Lots more videos to come, stay tuned! May 09 Almost a month later...Okay so it has been a long time, but who would have known that raising a child and working full time was so time consuming?LOL
VAnessa is now 13+ months old and she is crawling, pulling herself to a stand and even taking steps when holding her hands. SHe thinks she can let go and walk on her own, but not yet! SHe has her own language, don't know what it is but she does have some words she uses a lot DADA being her favourite. SHe says Bella ( a friend's dog), Kayla (daycare child), Hi!, Bye!, OH OH, NO!, MAMA, TWEET TWEET ( bird), OOK( book), andmany more weird sounds, that I haven't yet decipher!
The best part of all is the one that causes Mom the biggest headache, 12 teeth!!
Yes you read correctly, that means that so far the wonderful little fairy has been around these many times! Trust me its no picnic!LOL
 But she is a sweetheart who loves animals and is always SMILING. If I know one thing and one thing only? I have done one good thing in my life and that would have to be VAnessa. When you meet her, you'll love her too. SHe is so sweet and so happy. You know she caresses your cheeks when you tell her to be "soft" and after teaching her about combing her hair if you tell her to make you look "nice" she will comb your hair. I love her with all my life- and I know you know this but it is nights like tonight that I think I am so lucky to have her.
That despite the stretch marks, the belly fat and the orange peel skin, I have one wonderful little person to hold at night and there is only one of her. Tonight I saw 4 girls my age in such great shape, and talking about their trips to Dominican and their tan lines and the latest club. I felt a dagger through my heart, thinking I feel like I am 50 years old around them, and I look it too. I think my mood has never dropped so far and so instantly. So I drove home from the pool with a very long face only to hear a little mumble over the Baby Monitor and my eyes lit up and I was happy again. What a wonderful little being, that can make you forget everything bad in this world and can only push you to be your best and do your best, a little person that brings out the best in you, LOVE!

I have been very busy with my return to work and several illnesses we've had to endure. Nonetheless, VAnessa's 1st Birthday is coming up and I am going bonkers with a few craft projects I want to finish before then. She is having a party on the 8th of April and we already bought her her gifts. We got her a rocking/bouncing horse and a ball pit in the shape of a cottage. I am also in the process of finishing another project that I plan to give her for her 1st birthday, made by Mommy!

catharsis Etymology: New Latin, from Greek katharsis, from kathairein to cleanse, purge, from katharos March 01 You think you've had a bad day? read this! So I am back at work now! Monday February 27, 2006 was that dreaded day and it came and went, just like that! Vanessa is in Daycare and I am back where I was a year ago. Things have gone well for the most part, I feellike I never left work,
 despite the fact that every thing/one is different. Vanessa likes the Daycare a lot but no change comes without a price and I have to tell you all about my first day...It started off well, all the clothes and lunches were set out the night before and I was on my way to the daycare on time. I dropped off Vanessa and I went on my way.
 I couldn't get her out of my mind and well I had a few traffic problems! I was waiting to make a left turn when the car infront of me proceeded to turn, I followed. No! I did not check the intersection, my mind was elsewhere and I barely cleared it.
 There was a white car coming and it had to come to a screeching halt and honked at me for a good minute. Next I was trying to make a light and was stopped behind a small  school bus at a railway crossing. I knew it stopped at all railways crossing so I stopped behind it, I had made the light and was in no hurry. As the bus proceeded to cross the tracks the sounds and light started to go, I didn't see the arms lower so I panicked? what do I do? So I hesitate and then proceed to cross the tracks as well, that's when I hear the thundering honk of the train that was close enough to have to honk, believe me, that's too close for comfort. By now I knew I was not going to have a good day.
 I was not dressed for the weather so I decided I'd stop somewhere and buy tights to put under my pants to help keep me warm. So I went to Zellers- closed! Shoppers-closed! and on my way to Loblaws I had a close encounter with the curb! and it was closed too.  After all of this I decided to just call it quits and head to work, I got there at 7:45am and I get in at 8:30 but I have no key to my room so no choice but to wait. I hear devastating news about my old students and after lunch I am having such stomach pains it is difficult to sit and walk. But that's not all- oh no! that's not all,the best part is after work.I went home to make a pizza and I was excited about having dinner ready and sealing the day off. Well I made dinner after taking a nap with Vanessa. Dinner turned out good and we both had seconds!
 So an hour after dinner we were both feeling nauseous and sick but we didn't think much of it. an hour more we were getting suspicious and that's when it all started. SALMONELLA POISONING! that is probably th worst illness Ihave had yet! the only thing is that I wasn't the only one, Mike had it too. Allo f Monday night and a good chunk of Tuesday morning was spent sick, I felt so tired on Wednesday, but I had to go to work. SoI managed on my first three day to create more trouble than anyone else could! LOLAnyways, lets hope the sun shines on me soon and things get better.
